Focus Groups
Without the input from Constituents, true representation just doesn’t work. While I may believe that certain issues are of the highest priority, without that confirmation I would be working for Leduc/Wetaskiwin in the blind. Additionally, it is the residents and businesses from within the community that experience first hand what the real issues are. And thus, independent groups specifically meeting to discuss targeted topics is critical. What is the problem? What is the impact? Who is responsible? What are they doing, have done? What needs to be done to fix the issues? Who is responsible/accountable?
To that end we are going to look for stakeholders to participate in meetings or projects to go through the specifics. And that’s where you come in. Experience, common sense, expertise and a plan. We have all we need in Leduc/Wetaskiwin. If you have a couple hours a month and are motivated to improve what is not working, sign up below along with noting the area of concern, and we will set up the groups moving forward.
